Sonja observes your breath pattern and coaches you to connect, open and deepen it. Physically this results in more energy and vitality. Academic research has proven it improves your immune system. It can resolve health issues like headache, tiredness, and other sometimes inexplicable symptoms. Mentally it helps you to observe your thought patterns and beliefs. You see things in perspective and experience intuitive clarity and therefore can make better decisions. Emotionally it will help you to get better at feeling. You release tensions and increase your self-awareness and regulation. Spiritually breathwork connects you to your inner-self. You increase your consciousness, presence, and inner peace.

More about Sonja

Sonja combines her start up in Personal and Organisational Development (OD) with a Global OD and leadership consultant role. She holds Master degrees in Human Resources and International Business. Her breathwork education is from Wilna Eenkoorn, the only one in NL accredited by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

Her style is characterized by:

  • Purity: she is very honest and truthful. She genuinely connects and creates a safe space. She holds up a real mirror to herself and the people she coaches. She practices what she preach. Her 2 kids are her biggest inspirators.
  • Down to earth: she is grounded and present. She is not into hazily practices. She works based on equality. She grew up at a farm and has got a lot of life experience.
  • Inquisitiveness: she is naturally curious and always further developing herself. She is very warm, welcoming and genuinely interested in you. She has a natural growth mindset and sees the talents and potential in every individual. She has friends all over the world from many different cultures.

More about the session

Intake: Sonja starts with a short dialogue to explore what breathwork can do for you and what intention you would like to set for the session. Active phase (45 mins): Then you will lie down on a matrass and Sonja will guide you to apply the CCB technique. She will touch and coach you to help you to connect, open and deepen your breath. Integration phase (15 mins): At the end of the session you will relax to digest and integrate your insights. Sonja is coaching less actively but keeps holding space. Closing: After the breath work session there is time to talk about your experience and her observations if you wish.
